Q.  How do I purchase a product online? 
A.  To learn more about a product, click on its image and you will find a complete description.  Want to purchase the product? Select  "Add to Cart", and we will guide you from there.  Once you have completed our simple online order form, provide shipping and billing information and a credit card number, we will confirm your order via email.  You DO NOT have to be a Paypal member to order online.
 
Q.  What forms of payment may I use?
A.  We accept Paypal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.     We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks.  We will not ship your order until your personal check clears the bank.
 
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. Yes. Our security system prevents unauthorized access to confidential information whether you are online or off-line. We use state-of-the-art software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information automatically while they are in transit over the internet, preventing a third party from viewing the information. The instant you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone.  An internal security system, known as a firewall, protects information about you stored in our computer from being viewed by a third party.
 
Q.  May I order off-line?
A.  Of course. You may order by phone by calling 814-381-6268 or contact Mitch for questions about product sizing at 814-329-5312.
 
Q. How are products shipped?
A.  Our products are shipped either by FedEx or DHL.  Occasionally, we use UPS for some of our dropship orders.   FedEx, DHL, and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we need a street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete address and the nearest crossroad. 
 
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. No, not at this time.
 
Q. What about shipping large or heavy items?
A.  Large orders for window boxes and planters are shipped via freight.  There is an additional charge included in the product pricing for residential shipments of these items.   Please contact us at 814-381-6268 to get freight charges.
 
Q. How do you calculate shipping?  What will it cost?
A. To simplify shipping charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order.  Note that these charges apply per individual address.  Please remember that heavy or oversized products may require an extra shipping charge due to their weight or size. 
 
Q. What other charges are applied to my order?
A. Orders in the state of Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.
 
 
Q. How are your window boxes and planters made?
A.  Our window boxes are produced using a coal-fired forge and then hand-finished by a single master craftsman. Our products are custom made for you by experienced craftsmen in the traditional manner of handforged wrought iron. Each individual piece is then welded into a unique design.  This same method, used by Spanish and Italian blacksmiths for centuries, ensures that each unique piece is of the highest quality.  In addition, our metal is a heavy gauge iron, not the light-weight tubular steel products found in many large garden stores.   Depending on which products you order, we have two different types of finishes:  The European Classic Hayracks and most of our planters are thickly dipped in black plastic, providing permanent corrosion protection; all other iron products are sprayed with black powder-coating, which is a very durable and rust-resistant baked finish.
 
Q.  How are your window boxes shipped?
A.   We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within one to three weeks via DHL or FedEx.  Our window box prices DO NOT include shipping costs. 
 
Q.  Can I return my window box?
A.  Damages must be reported to us and the delivery company within 24 hours of delivery.    Please contact us at 814-381-6268 for instructions to return items.  No returns will be accepted without getting a return authorization number from us.  This number must be written on the packages to be identified when returned.   If there are damages, please return the items in the original packaging.  Failure to do any of the above may result in a lost credit.  Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  We will issue a full refund for the price of any non-custom item you return that meets all of these conditions.  You may return any non-custom item in its original condition.  We can only refund the original shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, which will be determined upon receipt of the returned items.   Shipping costs for returned items will be at the customer's expense. 
 
Q.  Can your window boxes and planters be left outside during winter?
A.  Our planters, urns, and window boxes are strong, durable and can withstand all kinds of weather.  With proper drainage, planters and urns do not need to be emptied in the winter.
 
Q.  What are your order requirements?
A.  There is no minimum order.  Please note that our prices are subject to change without notice.
All items not in stock at time of shipment will be back ordered.  Back orders will be shipped when available unless otherwise specified by buyer. 
 
Q.  How are your floral items shipped?
A.  Shipments will be made via best way (generally UPS), unless otherwise specified at time of order.  Shipping charges ARE NOT INCLUDED in product pricing.
 
Q.  Can I return any of my floral products?
A.  There are no unauthorized returns. Any claim should be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  No returns after 30 days. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
