Coco-fiber is a natural byproduct from coconut farming in Sri Lanka (Ceylon). The liners are pre-formed with natural latex, so they are ready to fit right into your planters.
Compressed Sphagnum Moss liners are easy to work with. When softened by moistening, they mold to fit most flat bottomed wire baskets. Made from premium quality, long stranded New Zealand Sphagnum Moss expands over 3 times in just minutes until it is up to 1 1/2" thick and holds up to 20 times its own weight in water.
Compressed Sphagnum Moss expands like magic in just minutes.
1. Gently unfold and lightly pre-moisten the flat liner to soften it. Do not soak. Place the liner into the basket and press gently into shape.
2. Spray more water, on both sides of liner, until it expands and molds itself to the basket.
3. When the moss has expanded, fill with potting material.
