Our NEW Two Tier wrought iron planter differs from our other two-tiered Cascade Planter in that it stands 34" high on three (3) decorative pedestal legs, giving excellent stability on uneven paving.  The planter is easily assembled without tools by placing the two (2) 14" and 17" diameter planting baskets onto the metal post.  Made of heavy gauge hand-welded steel and finished with a sleek, black PVC material for rust protection.  Includes Set of 2 Natural Coco Liners.
